Turns out that it was a &#8220;Viper&#8221; alarm that I used to sell when I worked at Sound Approach. God, those things (like most car alarms) raise an awful racket. A kid had rigged one up on his bike and was biking around with it going full blast. It was obvious that he thought it was great, most people didn&#8217;t pay much attention.
